New thing I made: Cheesecake stuffed red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
Made: Chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter cream frosting topped with chocolate shavings and mini chocolate chips.
Ice cream cone cupcakes! I made these today. They’re for a friend who requested I make them so she could take her own cupcakes to her birthday dinner her family is having for her tonight. Cookies and cream cupcakes with vanilla frosting, half topped with crushed Oreos.

I had a ton of cupcakes to bake today. I forgot to get pictures of two others I baked which were chocolate espresso with salted caramel frosting and Nutella cupcakes with strawberry frosting. Looking at the overheard shot of the 5 different ones I did remember to snag photos of: Vanilla cupcake with buttercream frosting, cinnamon spice cupcake with buttercream frosting topped with crushed up Cinnamon Toast Crunch, caramel cupcake with marshmallow frosting topped with caramel sauce, Thin Mint cupcakes and then vanilla cupcake with cookies and cream frosting.
I seriously need another oven. Or my own bakery with a kitchen with several huge ovens would be nice. Anyone want to loan me the money to get that started? No. It’s cool, I’ll be making that happen eventually. :D
